These files allow employees and other staff to access their email and other applications and information from home. Please note, not all staff have privileges for home access. Only use these files if you have home access. Check with your manager if you have questions.
Initial setup
Click on the appropriate operating system (Most likely “Microsoft Windows Installer”)
Follow defaults throughout the installation.
After installation is complete, go to https://access.mvnhealth.com or click on the new icon that was placed on your desktop.
How to Use
Login just as if at work.

Domain (mvn)
VISTA NOTES
Some Vista machines need to be restarted after installation.
The above installation creates a shortcut on your desktop. Once again Some Vista machines won’t do this. If this is the case do the following:
- Go to https://access.mvnhealth.com
- Highlight the URL (https://access.mvnhealth.com)
- Click on file > click on send to > click Desktop.
Quick Troubleshooting Tip
If you are unable to connect, make sure you can connect to the internet normally.
