The Media Relations Specialist will make every effort to arrange requested interviews with our physicians, administrators and other caregivers. If the person a reporter requests is not available, we may be able to provide an alternative source.

Looking for myHR? Unfortunately, this system is not accessible from home at this time. Please visit myHR through the FSLH intranet from a work computer to view your HR information online.

Home access has been discussed by the myHR team. Although high cost and time prevent it in the near future, we hope to be able to offer home access at some point so that myHR can be a useful and easy-to-access resource for all our employees!

Faxton St. Luke's adopts VHA's Tomorrow's Work Force Initiative and begins working with VHA consultants.

January 2004

Physical restructuring. Faxton campus becomes an outpatient facility. St. Luke's campus becomes an inpatient facility.

March 2005

Senior leadership decides to adopt Relationship-Based Care as our model for delivering care.
