Hours / Shifts:
Nights (11 pm - 7am) Gather data and implement the nursing care of residents within a skilled nursing setting with the supervision of an RN. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNA's and supportive staff members. Participate in resident and family teaching. Maintain role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility's mission.
Qualifications:
- NYS Licensure
- Basic comupter knowledge, must pass a medication administration test
