To Place An Employer Advertisement

• All ads must be prepaid by check issued to "Faxton-St. Luke's Foundation". The memo line should indicate "dental classified ad".
• Send checks to: Dr. James M. Rozanski, 1714 Burrstone Rd., New Hartford, N.Y. 13413
• The ad will be placed on the web site (www.MohawkValleyDentalCassified.com ) within 48 hours of acceptance.
• Unlimited words may be used.
• Please follow a similar format to those currently posted on the web. E-mail your final ad to jrozansk@mvnhealth.com
• We reserve the right to edit or reject any advertisement.
• An advertisement will be rejected if it appears to be false, misleading, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, illegal, in poor taste, in objectional format, not adhering to NYS law, or for other cause.
• Any telephone number that appears in an ad must not refer the reader to another phone number, person, or agency.

• Dental auxiliaries ACTIVELY seeking employment may subscribe for FREE to receive 3-month notification of a new advertisement being placed on the web site.
• You may "unsubscribe" at any time by e-mai notice to jrozansk@mvnhealth.com.
• We reserve the right to refuse any subscription.
• To protect your confidentiality, all e-mail notifications will be sent as a blind copy to the subscriber. The subject line will indicate: "Mohawk Valley Dental Classified". E-mail addresses will not be shared with any other individual, agency or organization.

• 1-month listing: $100.00
• Each additional month (same ad must run consecutive months without interruption): $60.00

Attendings in the James M. Rozanski Dental Residency Program receive a 50% discount

POLICY:

ALL Ads must be pre-paid – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Funds not used to operate or promote this venture will be used to enhance the learning experience of the dental residents at the James M. Rozanski Dental Residency Program of Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare.
