On Sunday, November 24, 2013, Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare (FSLH) will host a Senior Sunday: Lunch and Learn Lecture. The topic is "Rehab Services: Inpatient, Outpatient and Home Care” and will be presented by Amanda Straney, PT, DPT; Diane Jackson, OTR/L; Ginger Oliver, PT, DPT; Rita Fay, PT, DPT, COS-C; and Leslie Lawrence, members of the Rehabilitation and Home Care Services Teams at FSLH.

The presentation will focus on rehabilitation services available at FSLH, including acute inpatient, subacute inpatient, outpatient and home care offerings.

The lecture will be held at noon in the Soggs Room at St. Luke’s Home in the Center for Rehabilitation and Continuing Care Services, located at 1650 Champlin Avenue, Utica. Seating is limited; reservations are required and can be made by calling 315.624.HOME (4663). A hot lunch will be served followed by the presentation.

FSLH is dedicated to providing quality community education programs. A voluntary donation of $5 per person would be appreciated to supplement the cost of the luncheon.
