Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare Names Officers of 2012 Board of Directors
Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare (FSLH) is pleased to announce officers for the 2012 Board of Directors:
Richard C. Tantillo has been named Chairman.
Richard C. Tantillo is vice president of Communications and Development for Hamilton College. He is a member of several boards including The Community Foundation of Oneida and Herkimer Counties, Springbrook in Oneonta, New York and the National Alumni Board of St. Bonaventure University.
Gregory B. McLean has been named Vice Chair.
Gregory B. McLean is the owner of Caruso McLean & Co., Inc., Registered Investment Advisors. He is currently chairman of the Presbyterian Homes & Services Foundation board and has served as board president at the Children’s Museum and Samaritan Counseling Center.
Todd S. Hutton, PhD, has been named Secretary.
Todd S. Hutton, PhD, has served as the president and chief executive officer of Utica College for 14 years. During his tenure, Hutton is credited with an increase in freshman enrollment by 77 percent and an overall student body increase of 57 percent. He is actively involved in professional associations and community organizations, and is a member of several boards including the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (NAICU), Oneida County School and Business Alliance (SABA), Mohawk Valley EDGE, and is chair-elect of the Commission on Independent Colleges and Universities.
Stephen Sweet has been named Treasurer.
Stephen Sweet is the owner of Sweet Products, LLC, the parent company for an industrial supply distribution company. Previously, Sweet was an eastern sales representative for House of Flavors, Inc., president of Pride O’Utica Ice Cream Company and vice president of Central NY Coach Lines, Inc. Sweet is currently on the board of SpecTape, Inc, and has served on several boards including ECR International, Clinton School District Foundation, Clinton Lacrosse Club, Inc., Mohawk Valley Heart Institute and Centrex Clinical Labs.
Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare is a not-for-profit healthcare system with two campus locations for inpatient and outpatient care, long term care at St. Luke’s Home and continuing care services through Visiting Nurse Association, Senior Network Health and Mohawk Valley Home Care.
