Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare Foundation Announces 2014-2015 Board Officers
The Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare (FSLH) Foundation recently announced the 2014-2015 officers for its Board of Directors:
Robert Luke Lewis has been named president
Robert Luke Lewis is one of the owners of Lewis Custom Homes, Inc., in New Hartford, New York. Lewis Custom Homes, Inc. is a founding partner in the FSLH Foundation’s annual $100,000 Miracle Home Makeover that benefits the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital at FSLH. Lewis earned his bachelor’s degree from SUNY Brockport in Brockport, New York.
Patrick Knapp, MD, has been named vice president
Patrick Knapp, MD, is an anesthesiologist with Sunset Anesthesia Associates, LLP. He practices at FSLH. Dr. Knapp earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He trained for a year at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Norwich, New York, and completed his residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University.
Mary Malone McCarthy, BS, has been named secretary
Mary Malone McCarthy, BS, is founder and president of M3 Business Service Network in Clinton, New York. She most recently served as senior vice president of Northland Communications, Inc. in Utica, New York. McCarthy earned her bachelor’s degree from Wells College in Aurora, New York.
Sam F. Berardino, III, has been named treasurer
Sam F. Berardino, III, is a financial advisor and financial planning specialist for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Utica, New York. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Albany College of Pharmacy of Union University in Albany, New York. He began his career with the Rite Aid Corporation and then started a 20 year career with Eli Lilly and Company. In 2007, Berardino joined Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor.
